A mother of 3 and recent college graduate, Erykah Hill, is the founder of 24PRESSURE PressOns LLC. Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Erykah found her way to Milwaukee in 2016 to pursue her Bachelor’s of Arts at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Her entrepreneurial journey started in the 6th grade selling girl scout cookies for a local troop in Monroe, Georgia. She later picked entrepreneurship back up 2019 to sell Mary Kay cosmetics. Hill saw a gap in the market for beauty products designed specifically for women of color and launched her own nail care brand called 24PRESSURE. She has been nominated for an AI, Metaverse, & Virtual: Business and Technology Webby Award for being apart of a 5 day online business summit designed specifically for black women entrepreneurs called the 2023 Blaze Virtual Summit.
