My wife and I had to go strictly gluten free after having our first child due to health reasons. Having grown up in Georgia, we made and ate biscuits for breakfast constantly. After mastering the art of making a southern style gluten free biscuit, one that I could approve of, I decided to sell baking mixes that made it simple for others to do the same. I named the company after my great grand father who we called Daddy-O, who I have vivid memories eating biscuits with as a child.
