I placed an order for an essay service. The agent, Joseph Conrad, assisted me over the live chat and charged me $51.00 dollars for the writing assignment. I never received an email confirmation for my payment (1st red flag). I checked my bank account, and the transaction said purchase on onecreativeonline.httpsonecreat KS (2nd red flag). An hour later, I contacted him again to cancel my order. Another agent, Jack Smith, told me he could not help over the chat and email needed to be sent to the “refund department.” I sent the email to [email protected]. I received an email from Jack Smith saying, “We received your email. I will share it with the concerned department. I sent multiple emails, and multiple agents sent the same email. Then I received another email that my request could not be processed or completed due to incomplete details. Saying that they cannot cancel it. After multiple emails, I received another email, supposedly saying they would cancel the order and refund me. However, a 5% deduction will be charged because of transaction charges. The website claims to refund 100%, which is clearly not true. Until now, I haven’t received the refund or been able to contact them again. They answered the chat, but I soon asked for my refund and provided the order ID, they stopped answering, and thru email, they kept sending me the same. Their Facebook page does not allow reviews or comments and their posts to be repeated. All good reviews around the internet are fake! Believe those bad reviews.
