Seam J. Matheis is operating a scam Toro car rental business, Executive Class Rentals. He was supposed to manage my car on Toro. I was an investor that was scammed along with 12 others…  He took our high-end cars and puts crazy miles on them, wrecked most of them, then leaves them for us to find on our own (typically in really bad areas) after lying about using them. He has never paid any of us a profit and some guys are still trying to get their cars back from him now. He has had 3 or more cars stolen while in his possession. He has sold cars to other “investors” that were not his cars to sell and scammed them out of down payments and more. He baits investors into loan fraud by buying multiple cars and falsifying information. The problem is that he is a great liar and manipulator, especially on social media. Buyer Beware!!!
