Doneza Inez Smith was born in Philadelphia Pa to Susan Smith and the late Quincy Lee Thomas Sr, Doneza grew up in south Philadelphia she was raised by her Mother in a single family home. Doneza father Quincy was into music as band member and composer and singer, her early days she remembers dancing to music played in both homes as she grew up. Doneza passion for music grew as time went on she remembers her father saying when you grow up you will have a voice and later she did. Doneza went to Bok Vocational Technical School where she took up cosmetology that was her passion she could do hair any style and cut any hair texture. After graduating high school in 1994 Doneza worked at hair salons but found out later that she can make more money doing hair at home so she did that … Doneza has two children Canoesha and Jovell Nelson who watched her while she hustled to make ends meet. Canoesha Doneza’s eldest child was born with a cerebral palsy but she never let nothing stop her from attending to her child/ children she was determined to keep pushing no matter how difficult things gotten she had the support of her Mother Susan & Step Father Paul Smith. Doneza continued on to find her way through life she was able to get her family into an brand accessible home that would help her daughter with her disability, Doneza went into the field of being a home health aide because she was very caring and always had a heart for helping those with disabilities. Doneza passion for music was still in here even though life presented some challenges she stumbled upon a app called Smule Sing and met wonderful artist like herself and she fell in love with singing again. Doneza always had a bigger plan she teamed up with a friend who had a music company and it was going good but came upon some set backs and that happens but Doneza again knew that she wanted more so she met an Artist along her journey by the name ONEOFAFRICA she and he spoke about what their dreams were and decided to take a leap of faith and go into business and they created Done Deal International LLC til date the company is going great Doneza manages international artist ONEOFAFRICA and she took his music from just being in Nigeria into making him an recognized international brand across the globe. Doneza attributed everything to Jehovah god because he heard her prayers and she always believed that if you put Jehovah first everything you ask for will be granted in due season … lastly Doneza was able to get ONEOFAFRICA hit song Ikenga into consideration for a movie deal with company’s that stream popular movies that we all see and know .
