I love building community. Not “Community” as a buzzword on social media but true, make your heart sing, fill your cup community.
I realized this about myself after spending over 13 years in the Real Estate industry, attempting to flip the traditional real estate mold over, and build something that hadn’t been done before. While I was able to successfully accomplish that to a certain degree, there was such resistance within an old school mentality and so much openness when we removed the industry barrier.
I left my CEO position in the real estate industry in 2018 and started gathering women together for breakfast events regularly and ultimately opened Her Connection Hub in 2021. The Hub is a shared workspace for entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, creatives, makers and problem solvers. We provide private offices, shared workspace, event space, meeting space, workshop space, podcast and film studios. Most of all, we provide connection and common ground amongst the community within these walls.
As our Members say, “We came for the coworking, but stayed for the Community. It’s having a building full of coworkers that we actually like!”

I have witnessed women light up and come alive being in our space. I have listened as women have shared how impactful this space has been on their mental health. I have wiped tears as women shared how much this has made an impact on their lives already. We’ve welcomed over 130 women over the past 2 ½ years and we’ve only just begun.
Her Connection Hub is reshaping the way coworking happens to bring light, health and happiness to women by making a positive impact on their emotional and mental health. We are not just a space to work from, we are a space to gather in. To connect with others and to have coworkers again. To get women out of the house (and away from the distractions that take shape in a pile of laundry) and be face to face with others.
We see an incredible opportunity to show up and be of service to women that are building their businesses and careers. Our Members are sighting a massive increase in their mental health and their success while being within our walls here. We connect women with each other and they are finding ways and opportunities to be supportive of one another, do business together and increase their income all at the same time.
We are the largest coworking space for women in our area (just recently expanding into 20,000 sq ft) and the only space that is putting an emphasis on building community. This unique approach is attracting women to our space and we are excited to continue to welcome more.
The women have spoken. They want more than coworking, and we are delivering.
